That looks great. If you don't like the thermometer you can upgrade to the Weber one for a sleeker OEM look.

How do you upgrade the thermometer, I was under the impression Weber will only sell you parts for BBQs you've bought new.

I have a Black OTG from 2012 I was thinking of letting go....that does not have wood on it....I am afraid if I outfit her there would be no way of that Kettle leaving.

The 18 does not have tabs but so far no movement. This wood is dense....bloody love it I do.
