Since grilled Pineapple has always been a fav of ours we wanted to try some mango for fun. It turned out to be really good! It was pretty ripe so I left it in the skin to grill - then we just dug in and scooped it out as fast as our forks could handle

Here we are all loaded up and grilling. For the thighs I used 3 different rubs and they all were really tasty. EAT BBQ Rub as introduced to me by
@Winz. This stuff is really good! We like it sprinkled lightly on burgers as well. Second was my go-to Prairie Smoke and Spice Chicken & Rib, and third was
@jamesnomore's green chili spice which is also unreal on chicken!
... I can still smell the Pineapple and Mango cooking... SO good!
Here is tonight's Beverage of choice... tough to beat a cold beer on a sunny day!
Finally here is our big share plate that we just snacked on in the kitchen. It was picked clean within 15min
