Help! need buying advice regarding 90's Blue 22.5"

HEy, my name is Jeff and I've got a customized black 2010 26.75 and a 2009 genesis gasser.
I'm a rookie here at WKC.
There is a 90's blue model 22.5 with the angled thermometer and ash bucket on local craigslist.
The ash sweeper and the thermometer both work.
I'm going to look at it at 3pm today. The photo shows good to average condition with one wooden handle missing. The seller wants $60. Assuming there are no accessories involved, is this a good deal?

Walk around it. Kick the tires. Check the sweeps. Strike up a conversation. You're going, so you know you're gonna buy it.      Offer a little less. You'll be surprised.

And, do it before someone calls and says it's worth  $999.00 (It's not yellow)

 :)snagged it!!!  Seller had his phone blow up with over 50 calls telling him it was more valuable than the holy city. Just needs new handles. Got a good set of those to use as patterns from a D code 18. Could use new wheels.
