Brats and a Pork Sirloin Tip

Brats came out really good and the tip roast was nice. These roasts are only for slicing but if done right yield a wonderful sandwich meat. I had some friends over and we finished every bite as it was cut so missed a plated pic.
The mini gets the call, 15 lit in the middle and a big chunk of red oak.
Some of you Chicago guys no about this stuff
