That turned out great Bob! You've left all the right pieces bare metal and added your own touch but in a way that it still looks like it could have come like that factory. Did you swap the ash pan from a performer?
That's a trick I use on all my performers as well.
A dark set of wood handles would look awesome, or you know what I bet the latest dark grey top handle paired with a new front handle (w/accessory hooks) for the bowl would fit the theme nicely!
