August 29th was Carlo's birthday aka Kako5256. I was able to meet his wonderful family.friends and we all had a great time.
It was a lot of fun grilling on the RK and still learning on how to improve on using this beast. Everybody was impressed with the grill. The RK is Team Cali's shared grill. Everybody is welcome to borrow this grill.

Yes it takes five people to grill on the RK. Shrimps, Chicken breast marinated with Vay Veri Veri Terriyaki Sauce, Rack of lamb and oysters. Notice the spectacular view of the bay and mountains.

One thing I learned from grilling from an RK. Shrimps, scallops or smaller piece of meat are best put inside a fish grilling basket. Instead of flipping every single thing. Boom just flip one time.
