Wheel Conundrum
« on: July 26, 2014, 05:53:40 PM »
I recently found a brownie from the early 70's on CL.  Got her all cleaned up and polished.  Thought she could use some new wheels to complete the resto so I called Weber and placed an order.  When they arrived I was shocked to find the wheels are entirely black instead of the traditional white walls.  What is up with this?  The black walls look really cheap.

Do you have a pic? Did they accidentally send you just the center part without the snap-in whitewall?
"Have you hugged your Weber today?"

That must be the problem.  Weber forgot to include the white wall snap-in.  Thanks for the info.  I will call them ASAP.
