Nice grill Englaeder.  That leg style is new to me.....extra stability in the event you have a ddsire to grill in strong winds.

Love the front leg... and you can't beat "The One The Only" handles! Very nice pick up!

Yes, very unique.......the more I think about the fact this is a Brownie, a 47cm, a 3-wheel intake vent, One, The Only handles, from 1981, in Germany, the more amazing it seems........... ;D

She seems to be a unique score. And: she works like on her first day – as the most Webers do.

Nice looking legs.
On the cooking grate is a welded-on badge, on which is posted "CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or re-lighting!". Of course it is in german on the badge.
Is the badge welded or is it a piece of aluminum folded over the bars of the cooking grate?
We had the same badges on 80's kettles in OZ and it was folded
I'm sure the couple I have owned had been welded Joel.
If it breathes, we can cook it!

I have no clue how she worked in her first days… but today, she is a stunner. And has no need to hide against the new OTP.

Beautiful kettle and unique!  Nice score. Be careful it is a slippery slope from here on out, next thing you know you will have enough kettles to cook on a different one every night of the week! Which isn't really a bad thing.
Looking for--- a yellow mbh any size, sequoia ( I know I am dreaming), avocado any size, brownie any size.

This is an awesome grill.  I love the unique leg setup.
It looks to me like it has the same triangle as the 22.5.  The curved legs allow it to fit on the 18.5.
What is the story with the spring clips on the rear legs? Do they have something to do with holding the triangle on?
Very interesting... Very interesting  :D
