Stir fry on my new griddle
« on: May 20, 2014, 12:50:02 PM »
Really am loving this thing. Great great gift from my wife. Tonight I did a little Japanese. Started out with some chicken and vegetables. Then did the noodles and finished up with some fried rice.

Here's some pics of everything plated.

That griddle looks like the bomb as the kids say.  Sure like to give that piece of equipment a workout.  Do enjoy your toy.

You have to buy it separate but it is a nice heavy duty cover with reinforced corners.

Yeah, saw that griddle in Home Depot the other day. Looks purposeful and right-on. I'd love to have that kind of flat cooking surface for just such a meal!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

great looking spread, only thing else I'd need would be a healthy dose of sriracha or sambal oelek.
