Install Thermometer?

O.K. I purchased a Performer SS Blue. Installed on the deck. Wife said blue had to go. So more CL I find a Green 22 with plastic side table. Had lid bale(no latch on daisy wheel), but
I miss the thermometer. Has any one tried installing the thermometer that is on the New Performer touch-n-go? Looks like one hole and ready to go.

You got it.  I installed one and put it approximately 2 " perpendicular to the handle.  I used several layers of masking tape and a uni-bit to drill the needed hole width.  A few swipes with a file and you are ready to install.  If using a Weber therm, there may be a tab on the bezel that you have to bend flat but the bezel and therm are still held tightly by the wing nut.  Works great and is easy to install.
