Wow! Where did you find the wok? I want one of those smokey joe griddles if anyone especially Hogsy or Golly fond one. I know those were popular in oz.

Golly was my agent on the carbon steel wok. This was posted on eBay 3 or 4 times with no bidders in OZ.  Golly bid for me and shipped it. Wasn't cheap, but it was NIB - never used. You hardly ever see these in the US.  I guess you could say I am more of an accessory fanatic at this point. Plus, my wife would not be happy if another grill showed up in the back of the truck, but she doesn't seem to mind the accessories - especially when I cook up some good grub with them.
