Game Day Queso on the Summit

Really good recipe and easy to make..... We made keto friendly low carb tortilla chips to go with...... Cayennes are in, Kellee threads and hangs them to dry.

-Can of Rotel

-Small block Velveeta

-Small  block Colby Cheese

-Tsp each of minced garlic and dijon mustard

-Diced jalapeno and italian hot peppers - as much as you want

-Meat Church Holy Voodoo seasoning to taste

-One cup of beer - whatever you have

Thanks!  This is a variation from the original recipe which also included pulled pork.  That one was good but so filling - we liked it better without the pork and added the holy voodoo.  Good stuff.
