New to me Smokey Joe

Never seen one of these in person or for sale locally until this blackie popped up for $5.  It is an A and cleaned up real nice.  I guess that is the ash pan which I had not noticed in any pictures of these.

I have a C...no ash pan came with these as far as I know. Must be a homemade one

Nice pickup! Ash pans didn't come standard until they redesigned the SJ in '82-'83..

Very cool.  Great deal.  I don't think they came with ash pans.

They used those legs for at least 6 years.  Here they are on a 73 smokey joe.
