Fuel economy is amazing, and the ribs look great.

I know @ctwhyme  had some strong opinions about the SCG at the meetup in August. Those opinions may or may not have been fueled partially by a few beverages  ;)
@Bob BQ, You are not wrong on either statement my friend!! LOL.. Myself and @Shoestringshop had a fun time demo-ing on the Summit. I absolutely love that grill!! Still a bit too pricy for a lot of potential customers though.
Don't make me angry! You wouldn't like me grilling when I'm angry!

I would love to have one,  but no way I would pay that much for a grill.

I just want the cart. I would love to put a blue or red performer bowl in it!

When green eggs came out, I thought no way is anyone going to spend that much. Now they are everywhere.

I do think weber is too late to the party with the summit. Kind of similar to how blackberry lost the market to iOS. They came out with some decent stuff finally but it was too late.

In my opinion the summit would have an uphill climb if priced at $1000.  At $2000 I don't think it has a prayer at gaining any appreciable attention.

You're right ! Love Weber but no way I could ever spend $2000 for a grill.
