I'm glad I inspired you @brewtownbeatdown. Tongue and groove should work fine. The main reason I used decking boards was so I could space the boards evenly between the lid roller and lid stopper and not have to cut any boards down to fit. Looks a bit cleaner and even with uncut boards. I also had the timber left over from a deck. I ripped down a piece of 4x4 for the legs. I've moved away from varnish and urethane and gone back to oil. Tables can get scratched in transit and get stains, so it's easier with oil to give them a quick sand and recoat
