Feels like Fall Spaghetti Meatballs

A cooler day fell over the Northland today (high of 55) and it felt like a good day for spaghetti.  Figured I could put a slight Weber twist on it. 


After about 25 min on indirect heat, with a light smoke and the sauce getting warmed up in the back ground.



Time to get in the pool...

Overall it was awesome to have some grilled meatballs and some sauce off the grill and was a hit with the whole clan.

Looks good. One thing I haven't done is raw meatballs.

Just a MOINK ball....without the bacon..... ;D


I'm not even real big on tomato type sauce, but that looks excellent, like goin' back for thirds excellent .....was nice to see the meatballs at startup.......some goodies included !!!!

It really was pretty easy....thinking with a change of sauce, they might be great on a sandwich or just plain.
They are perfect for the nights that the grill isn't supposed to be part of the cooking!

I love the smell of a evening cook...

I really like what you did here.  Cast iron in the kettle might become my go-to in the fall.

I love homemade meatballs.  Everytime I make burgers, I end up making meatballs with the leftover ground mixture.

Too bad about your temperatures ... We were in the 80s today (Monday) ... Summer has finally arrived!  :D 8) ;D ;D ;) ;)

Thank you for the pictures, and the food, and the notion that the temperature may some be 55 here too.   Here it is over 100 still.
