Whats up WKC!  This is cross posted from the BBQ Bretheren forum.  Check out my video below if you're interested in the Santa Maria attachment.

What's up everybody! Finished up a video on my Santa Maria attachment for the Weber kettle. I decided to give chicken wings a try today and I'm glad I did! I'm new to Santa Maria style cooking, but for this first go at chicken wings I think they turned out just fine. Definitely a viable alternative to the vortex, which has been my favorite way to cook them.

Check the video out below. I'm still working on improving my videos. I'm aware I say "um" and "uhh" alot LOL. It's a very hard habit to break but I'm trying haha. If you like the video, I would greatly appreciate the sub!

Seems like you would have to really keep a close eye on your cook because of the open flames and resulting height adjustments? Interesting product though - not sure I'd use it often enough to make it worth the money. Thanks for sharing!
Wife: Let me guess... you want to grill again

Nice job!

I've had that attachment for several years now and it's one of my favorites.

Dude, relax your chicken.

I'm really liking it so far.  I'm hoping to do more videos with it.  Maybe a "santa maria series" perhaps.  Thanks for checking it out!

It is from Gabbys.  It is pretty heavy duty.  I can see it costing a bit to ship.  You would love it though!
