Weber roast rack as a rib rack?
« on: February 05, 2018, 06:44:18 AM »
I have one of those old Weber roast racks (not with the rounded bars but they are angular, like a triangle). Does anyone know how well this would work as a rib rack if I flip it upside down? Sorry I don't have a picture or know what model number it is.

I believe they're made specifically to serve in both capacities. They aren't my favorite because the narrow top allows the ribs to flex, but they definitely work.

Ah that's a good point. Thanks for the feedback.
