I was at a local store by my house that sells all kinds of household type things and saw that they were closing down this store and everything was marked down pretty good.
There are 2 of the same stores in our town so I don't understand why they did not take everything to the other store ?

Anyway.. I came away with a good deal!
21 boxes of starter cubes at $0.85 a box !
And 3 small size Weber chimney starters at $6.00 each !

My wife understands the starter cubes ... and one of the small starters ... ( JJ / SJ size ) but I caught some flack from her with the other 2 starters ;-)
It's ok ! She knows I'm sick with weberitis .

That is a grate deal, I love those compact starters I got one recently with a 18 grill. Love it for little cooks. starter cubes wow awesome deal right there
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Hey @Schaefd2 , I dug up a photo from virtualweberbullet.com that show the sizes of the normal and small chimney starters.
The small one is great for smokey joe and Jumbo Joes and CGA !
Also good for starting 12-14 coals for slow n' sear !

@vwengguy Thanks man! I just added a compact one to my Amazon wish-list. My initial thought was using it to light a few briqs to start a snake, and packing it to go on a picnic with the 18 OTS @kettlebb gifted me. I figure if this thing can light a Jumbo Joe, it can light an 18 OTS....

Smoking deal man, good for you!

I barely use my regular size chimney anymore.  The small is great for family of four cooks, wings, and minion the method on my WSMs.  It is one of my favorite accessories!  B.T.W. Nice finds!!
