Thanks, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous going into this cook, definitely didn't want to screw up Christmas dinner.
@geezer, it cooked much faster than I anticipated; for 11 lbs on an 18"WSM at ~235F I reached an IT of 130F in about 3 hours. It was a perfect medium rare throughout.
@captjoe06, the ribs were the best part! After I receive a few more parts, I'll provide a more thorough introduction of the new midget.
