Got one big ole eye for the wifey and myself tonight. Grilling some veggies and have the steak on indirect for now. I plan on finishing it in the cast iron skillet with some steak butter.

Loving the raw meat at the top and the Belgium brew at the bottom. A well rounded meal for sure! Looks good!

Just did one myself, the other day. One of my favorite cuts for sure. Gotta try grilling the Texas toast again. I failed once and never tried again.
