Thanks, everybody! I've decided to hang on to the lime Weber for now. I'll do a partial restoration this spring, and see if I actually use it once it's nice and clean. If not, it may end up on the 'Bay, and if I does, I'll let everybody know!

After cleanup..id get some usda choice 1lb ribeyes and reverse sear a nice one for grandpa

Thats a sweet looking lime and im very happy to read that you are going to hang on to it. I have an 18.5 red from the mid 1960s that was my Grandfathers. Its the one that started it all for me and the rest is history. It will never leave the family. My son already has his eye on it. Your lime is a family heirloom. Use it, love it, and pass it down the line. Who knows it could be the start of a future collection for you. Oh and welcome to the WKC!
