I made stuffed peppers only once before , in the oven GASP!
! They took forever to cook. So, I researched some more, cooking my rice beforehand, and I read a lot pre-boil/Blanche the peppers. Well, I'm making these on the grill this time.
Do I still need to preboil them for a few minutes? I will also have some chicken stuffs on the grill.
