Ladies, gentlemen, and the rest of you too- Welcome to the second annual WKC Secret Santa! The first annual Secret Santa (http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/weber-kettles-accessories/wkc-secret-santa/) was a success and since we know what we are doing this year will be even better. We're starting this a little early because things fall to wayside when things start to get busy for the holidays.

Glad you asked! We'll exchange names/addresses and do a little gift swap by mail.
Rules
- $20 minimum suggested value
- sign up deadline: Dec 12, 5pm PST
- I'll hand out secret santa names same day
- ship by Christmas
- we'll all reveal what we have received here in the forums for fun

I'm into vintage Weber stuff, (a glen blue, a 70s-80s 22 griddle, shish ring, you know....dream Weber items
. I'm also into Cast iron skillets, waffle irons that can work on the kettle, making pizza on the kettle. I also like the Green Bay Packers, Coffee, bacon, BBQ rubs etc.

I have no doubt that everyone will be happy with what they give or receive! I'm stoked about my griddle. Scallops are on sale at Sprouts right now (ends today) and I can't cook those on a wooden handles or wheel inserts!!!!! I can cook the shit out of some scallops on a weber griddle though!

Mine came the other day. Love it! Only thing is I don't yet know whom to thank. They did a great job keeping that part a secret. This will all get put to good use! The sweet towel already has a new home with my 1970s work table towel ring. Pictures to follow. 2016 will be the year of the Hamburger for me. Sweet book! Now I have ZERO excuses to not get a burger variety in my cooking repertoire. My wife is excited about the Boston bay seasoning so a double thanks to my Secret Santa! 8)

The forked thing is a Billy Bar and the stainless item is Grill Floss. They clean the sides/underside of the cooking grate that the wire brush doesn't get. I used them both today and was really impressed!

@MrHoss hooked me up for Christmas. I got four sets of handles, three walnut and one maple old style. Wow! I got a large jug of maple syrup that is made by a friend of his, some dizzy pig rub. If that wasn't enough, he also gave me a bag of wine barrel chunks and a bag of scotch barrel chunks. My northern brother treated me right and I appreciate it an awful lot.

Glad you like the box Mark, I had fun putting it together. Can't wait to see those handles on a pair of Kettles guy. I sent Sir Zav so much wood that the amount of handles I have outreaches the Kettles kicking around this place......so I WANT to see them used rather than sitting on top of my bookcase. @harris92 - thanks again for the weber gourmet griddle. I got the grate for it on NYE and just did my first griddle cook last night with some scallops. They came out awesome!
I was in a bit of a hurry so I didn't get any cook pics but did get some pics of both plates once everything was done. Scratch made Mexican rice, shrimp skewers cooked on the grate, and scallops seared on the griddle! And although the scallops look slightly burned, I can assure you they were not burned, but perfectly carmelized!

@Scott Zee We have fun in the forum busting each other's chops but I don't think we need to be calling someone a loser. We don't know the details related to @Mosfan00. There may be illness or death in the family, or who knows what. It's always good to give people the benefit of the doubt. Not making light of the fact that someone didn't get their gift though, just sharing a little perspective.
@LightningBoldtz I'd be willing to go along with someone else to make sure whoever hasn't received their SecretSanta gift this time around gets some loot.

The deal with Scott goes beyond just not getting a gift Scott has every right to be upset. I have some further follow up to do but it appears that Mozfan is m.i.a
