After scoring with the Master blacksmith the Mini Weber Smokey Joe and the Weber Smoke Anywhere I stepped up collaboration with him and the Master Giad and after a careful study on the web, on paper and on the bbq we have created this beautiful accessory for the WGA to cook skewers of using a mini stacker with receipts made in laser cutting and always with the use of the lid that evens out the cooking, prevent flare-ups and flavorize. Everything always made of steel, we also added to the stacker 4 bolts on the short side to put the stainless steel grill that we are made to realize for the WSA that are always useful ... ah also skewers are made!

Two nights ago I had the opportunity to baptize the wka with skewers Scottona a skewer of pineapple ...I've sprinkled the meat rub Stubb's for Steaks and I accompanied it all with sauce Steven Raichlen for steaks and turnip greens!

WKA's the most beautiful thing is to have the chance to turn the skewers without lifting the lid, the lid limits the flames and holds the vaporization of fat for a good meat flavor even when you do a quick cooking like that!

"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"

Harbormaster

Both of those are absolutely brilliant designs.

Brilliant.

I wish I had the time, talent, and tools to do something like that.
I've got Webers. 10 - WSMs, 5 - 22.5" kettles, 2 - 18.5" kettle, 2 - SJS, 2 - SJP, 4 - WGA, 1 vintage Coolie Pan

BBcue-Z

Absolutely brilliant!!!
And the food look awesome too :)

I wish I could get my hands on a setup like that. The only thing I would do differently on mine, is make the slits where the skewers rest much narrower like this

This way I could rest the skewers on all 4 sides without having them roll over. My skewers don't have handles like your and would not sit on their edges.

Hello guys ! First, thanks for the compliments and thanks to you for the passion that you send to me . The accessories that we produce are the result of a long study , testing , prototyping and cooking ... unfortunately we are trying to patent these and other accessories that produce and sell on the internet and I can not share the designs of laser cutting . I'm so sorry but the company would kill me if I did ...... I can only share photos and experiences with you and hope that one day I can import our products in the United States . Try to understand me ... thank you very much to all
