Last night I wanted to test the Smoke Anywhere and specifically I tried the rotisserie kit with a nice small chicken . As usual, I pulled the chicken skin and put the rub the interior and exterior with the Argentinian Planet Barbecue Rub .. makes us go crazy . I loaded the WSA with 3/4 basket of coal well- lit and placed inside the tank all the way around , I put the cast iron smoker box with wood pellets for smoking rosemary and a half above the cast iron grill with drip pan. Reached 400 ° F, abundant I put the skewer into position and started firing ... after a few minutes the box began to smoking but as soon as the drip pan has become very hot began to perform the dual function of fat collecting but especially Flavorizer bar. For me, I'm in an apartment building smoke emissions were a bit ' too much so I put another grid with drip pan a bit ' higher up in order to reduce the effect. The cooking took just over an hour with skin almost completely crisp and juicy breasts and thighs .. the smoking processes rosemary was felt as soon as ! I am fully satisfied with the result of the chicken and I am fully satisfied with the success of the project, now I just have to wait for the test my friend's Master to have an opinion ....thx for reading!

Prof-
Great cook!

I like the idea of tying the therm to the roti.  Great solution!

Can you please tell us more about the rosemary you put in the coals?  Is it some sort of wood, or actual rosemary bits put in a smoker box?
Interested in ANY offset handle SJs you may have.

Prof.

Grazie saxart, actually it was a great idea to add the rotisserie to the wga. The chicken I bad made  was yummy!
I've used pellets for smoking rosemary and put them in the cast iron smoker box dedicated to this purpose!
The pellet left are those burned, while those on the right are still to be used!

JalopyBob

Prof, you should be selling this, as not many have the metal bending ability needed.
This is way cooler than the Smokey Joe conversions I have seen.

Prof.

thank you very much JalopyBob..it would be a dream to produce and sell it! I'm studying to do...
