My pizza stone needs to be used so... Yes we can!
My first kettle pizza!

Fired up fuel (50/50 lump and briqs)

Dumped em in and used the basket to make a "D" shape similar to the stone


Was gonna heat the stone to 450 but decided to use the water drop sizzle test instead. (My daughter was super hungry)

Used TJ's dough, 3 cheese blend, and basil marinara sauce

Popped it in and waited for the cheese in the center to be melted

If I owned a pizza peel it would have been easier but I got away with using 2 spatulas. I know pizzas are supposed to be round but not when you are ghetto. We make em oblong to save a buck!

I mostly posted this to get advice on how to improve on it or simplify things. To be quite honest it was pretty quick and simple but I'm fortunate she likes cheese pizzas. And BTW TJ's pizza dough was the secret. It was seriously the best pizza I've ever tasted. Perfect ammount of smoke flavor and it dried out everything the perfect amount! I have made these in a conventional oven and they get soggy.

Prep time 15min cook time 12 min. I didn't let the dough rest (supposed to for 20 min) but it didn't really look tired.

Kettle pizza is epic! Im making papa Murphy's pizza and they turn out awesome. I have been using smoke chunks for a bit more flavor. Artichoke hearts for some reason absorb a lot of smoke flavor. 👍
