The collection grows...

This box along with another showed up at my door this week.


Here is a photo of the redhead, blue, brownie and avocado that were in the boxes (along with the redhead pat pending Rich sent me a few wks ago)


The avocado is an 18 and it's in outstanding condition. The remaining grills all need varying degrees of resto work and I'll keep this thread updated with photos as that work progresses.

Yes, they were shipped. I'll add that Brian is the master packer. The grills even came wrapped in this awesome snuggie that I'm now honored to have in my possession:

Wow, I can't believe Brian gave that Snuggie up!!  He told me he wore it all the time and even cooked in at night.  I may have a photo of that somewhere!

Damn, I'd be happy to get just one of those kettles.  What's going on with the handles?  The ones toward the bottom look like they might be walnut.  Is that an Brian option?  I need to pull the trigger on a few and would definitely want walnut.

Oh yea, they are walnut, I can really make any kind of handles....I was trying to run "the one the only" out of walnut so they look vintage.  Some people request dark wood.......After seeing that snuggie I'm sorry I gave it up, it looks SWEET!

 Yeah, I wish grills like that acocado came up on CL around here. I was able to acquire the avocado from another WKC member.
