Hit the Dubai Garden Center today (it's the weekend here) and picked up a couple warming racks. They had some other stuff you never see in the states, and of course colors. The one I thought was "Dune" is called "bone" and is only available on the SJG. Still, a favorite color. Too bad it's $92 here! Anyway, here's a few new pics to perv:

Great view from my room. OH, and the tallest building in Dubai is cool too.

A warming rack would be so nice to have available here... why is so much available OUTSIDE the US, isn't Weber a US company? :(

FYI, prices are really scary here. Over $700.00 for a 22.5 WSM! $625.00 for a Performer, and over $4,100.00 for a 6-burner Summit.

Thin Blue Smoke

Wow! Very cool. Thanks for the pics an have a safe trip!

Holy crap those are all awesome! How much were those lights Marty? I may be keen on a set of each color if they're not too much.
Not everyone deserves to know the real you. Let them criticize who they think you are.

I did not pick up any tea lights, much as I would have liked to. At $60 a pair for the SS version in US dollars, well, you get my drift. The black ones were a little cheaper, only $55!  :o

landgraftj

Yeah they can keep those for that amount of $$$$!

Thanks for the pictures Marty! I would grab a light blue 22. How hard is it to bring a 22 back on the plane? Will they ship here? Maybe we can work something out with the owner? The discount might offset the shipping a little.

MacEggs

Those are like Canadian prices ... just kidding.  :o They're not that bad up here.  :P

Great pics, Marty! Thanks. I like the colours of those 22s. They look like they might be Euro MTs? I dunno ..  ??? ???
Q: How do you know something is bull$h!t?
A: When you are not allowed to question it.

Thanks Marty! Wonder how those colors would sell here... Is that lime close to the original?

Peaspurple

I am a bit jealous. I hope you have a super safe trip. Thanks again for dropping off my roti. I'll be doing some chickies tomorrow.
A Wonderful Family!!!

Seems to be the same as the SJ lime we see, or the C&B lime from a while back. The copper is like the Target color we've seen before, and the blue is called "wedgewood". Wish they still made the MT style kettles in the US, the ones here are nice! I did notice that most of the kettles were date coded from a couple years ago, so it's possible colors and such will change here too. I have a few more pics I'll post when I get home.

Hogsy

Thanks for the pics Marty
Those prices are if anything cheaper than in OZ
But we don't get the 22 WSM  , the 18 WSM is $699 here
Anyway enough whinging
Have a great trip Marty
I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers

As Hogsy said, that's Aussie prices.

Wow....I just realised.... I have a cousin that runs and food import business in that neck of the world! I wonder if...........???????
If it breathes, we can cook it!

Thanks for sharing the pics, Marty! It never ceases to amaze me the raw awesomeness that is the Weber showrooms overseas.. talk about a toy store..
