Ok, so I decided to have a go at some wings.
Two lots, one naked that would get a bbq sauce and the other with a tweaked “magic dust” recipe.
Decided to go with the 30, 20, 10 method which produced perfect wings.
The “magic dust” wings were done first, mmm, they were very nice, the extra bits I added to the rub gave it a lot more taste(and kick), it still needs a tweak but it’s not far off.
The ones done with the bbq sauce turned out better than I could have hoped for.
Needless to say, they did not last long.
