For the final installment, I spun another yard bird using direct heat.  Fired up the '11 Performer so the rotisserie saw my 3 Performer trifecta.  :)



After brining overnight, just coated with some Weber seasoning for the direct cook.





Once the thigh internal reached 160, it came off for a rest.





Wifey & I like taking leftovers in our lunch and prefer an all-fork meal.  Chicken got cut up into bite sized pieces and lasted us a few meals.  :)



Peas roti is no longer in my possession, but there will be one in my near future.  Just not sure if a CB is worth the price compared to finding a CL score for the Weber version.  Yeah, first world problems...  lol
I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!
