Learning to Wok - The setup
« on: September 29, 2013, 07:32:53 PM »

Using my kettle gasser to fire the wok. I'm saving the original burner, so I'm using a Music City Metals "replacement" burner. It's a perfect fit, but the head won't work with the baffle, basically, it's upside down.

And the star of the show...

And while the fire's hot, let's try a little stir fry

With the leftover spatchcock chicken (another post to come)...

And with the smoked pork ribs ends that I smoked today on the performer. Smoked pork on the stir fry?  You bet!...

Thanks for looking.

Dude, relax your chicken.

Thanks. Not a lot of btu's coming out of this thing. Worked a little better when the burner is moved up a bit. Fire it up and ready to go. It is a perfect match.

Having fun with the kettles - gas and charcoal    8)
