So many questions.
« on: August 08, 2013, 09:34:41 PM »

This is really the last thing I need right now, but I may go rescue this Friday.

Is the black electrical tape needed because the triangle is upside down?  Does the shower curtain cover come with the grill?  OT or three wheeler?  Etc etc etc.

See lawrence, you get the game. I think they are weber wheels but we wont know until tomorrow.

Maybe we will also find out if the black bucket comes with it as the replacement ash pan.

Since we're asking questions, can you pick up this redhead for me while you're passing by?

Ok folks.

I came, I saw, I left without a red weber.   But, I also left with MORE questions than answers.

First, you see that black bucket?  It was this:

So the question is, where these particular pieces Weber or not?  There is NO identifying company marks.  Just "CHARCOAL CADDY".

Next, the lid had a C stamp.  And a single screw wood handle.  But the Bowl had a double rivet handle.  The seller bought it used, and "that is how it came".  I know that there was overlap during the years the single screw was released, where some had rivets and others had screws,  but was there overlap on the same kettle?

I made the people go find the ash pan and i installed it for them, but I just could not bring myself to buy the grill.  It was filthy and also very beat up.  Most importantly, it was out of round which is just anpother minor pain I did not want to deal with right now.

How much was the grill? I'd pass at anything over $40

The price was $25, and it was not worth $20.  It was really really really beat.  And it was really really really caked with "grilling cement" on the inside.      After I told them to find the ash pan,  I almost considered taking the grill for just the pan.

I over paid.  $2 was the tag, and $2 is what I paid.  I don't think it is a weber accessory.
