Pork loin roti, Criolo maranade, applejuice basted.

Worked like a charm.
Pork loin
"Criolo" marinade for 45 minutes
Coals off to the side, a few chunks of apple-wood
1 hour 15 minutes  in "Weber Baskets" off to one side
Basted with apple juice every 15 minutes.
An experiment, but a delicious one.
