Some ribs.
« on: June 12, 2022, 11:02:45 AM »
St Louis ribs from yesterday.  Wrapped a couple of them and the rest remained bare.
Got so busy with 2 other kettles and a wok going at the same time that i didn't get a chance for more photos.  Well a few bottles of Heineken didn't help either.

That’s quite the rig!!

Regarding the extensions, hy did you pair the taller and the lower? Why not one of each?

Anyway… nice cook!

Not sure what’s prettier, the ribs or the cookers!

Those on the right were being used for rotisserie. It's a 9" tall rings.
Top left is 10" and bottom 14".

According to some of our guest, the ribs were literally hotter.  They requested something spicy but i might have gone a bit overboard[emoji16]
