Had to get passed the block
« on: January 19, 2022, 05:35:30 PM »
So I’ve been having grillers block for a couple weeks….forgot I had these in the freezer. Threw them on with a couple chunks of pecan. Light coating of white lightning seasoning. 40 minutes hot n fast. A little overdone, but very tasty. Made a pan of corn.1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup bacon bits, 1 tsp minced garlic. 2 cans of corn, drained. 2 cups heavy cream. About 1/4 cup of Parmesan. 2 tbsp of Valentina sauce. 1/2 cup cheddar on top.

Agree looks really good!  I've had a bit of griller's block myself lately.  Rain, snow, cold and puppy patrol has kept me out of it a bit.  Planning on grilled chicken on a Weber Q tonight for salads and ribs on the WSM this weekend for my oldest son's birthday.  I'm really looking forward to spring.
