Seller came back and wanted to know when I could pick it up.  We had 10am today planned out as she was working from home all day today.  I was giddy as all get out.     Come 7:30 this morning, she needs to change the time until after 2pm because she got called into the office.    Hmmm.....   Fine, we adjust the time and she's going to give me 1 hours notice before she's home.  1pm today, I received her email.  Only it's a
"Sorry for the inconvenience, but my fiancee had sold the grill"

       

Yeah, sold it for more $$$ at 1pm is my bet.

That's weird that she wouldn't have invited Bman to up his bid as well.  Though she might have felt reticent to do that since SHE ALREADY MADE A DEAL WITH HIM!!

CL is a crazy place sometimes.

...and wow, can you imagine such an awesome wedding present as a new WSM?  And can you imagine how pissed you'd be if you gave it to someone and found out later that they sold it for $110?  LOL

I'm kicking myself for not going last night when we struck the deal.  But her apartment is street parking and I knew it would be full.  Monday AM, people should be at work.  It was a roll of the dice...

Ok.  She just wrote back, and says its sold. 

I asked what she sold it for, but I'm not sure I have the heart to tell her it's worth 300 new.
