Looks dang good!I brine wild turkey breast in dill pickle juice for a few hours, egg wash, flour and buttermilk. Breast are then deep fry @350F. Cheers
I did my best to copy the dude from meat church. No grilling involved. It is super good though. Two hours in pickle juice. Double dip, flour-egg/buttermilk-flour. Oil at 300, for about 6-8 minutes. Everyone is freaking out. Saying it’s better than chick-fil-a, and even a few say better than Popeyes…Sent from my iPhone using Weber Kettle Club
