1985 Weber GA/SJ manual

This is the manual that came with the CGA that I bought from G at the June meetup. I scanned it and created a PDF form the scans. Some day when I get particularly energetic, I'll snap pictures of the box as well and include them.

It is interesting to note that at that time, the SJ and what we now call the GA were all lumped together in the GA category. Naming has obviously morphed between now and then and now the GA moniker is only used for the rectangular grills. Some day I'll work my way through the recipes in the book.

I had brats in beer as well. I do mine a little differently. I cook in beer with onions til the sausages are cooked. Then I grill direct to brown them and then they go back in the beer to hold until they are served.
