Did some Asian chicken with fried rice. Used hoisen, soy, garlic, and honey for marinade. Soy and honey for basting. Fried rice used carrots, onion, peas. Also 3 eggs. Sauce was soy, hoisen, and sesame oil. 375 for and hour on the SmokeFire gif the chicken. Turned out ok.

Looks good, you can't beat chicken on kettle or SF.
