Helped Malcom Reed out today for a cooking demo at The Butcher Shoppe in Pensacola Fl. Our plan was to use their Ole Hickory to smoke to 115 and sear off on multiple kettles. Only problem was they had one economy kettle there. Luckily my buddy @firedude5015 bailed us out with a brand new copper. It’s first cook was searing 30 plus tri tips and grilling 8 ribeyes. I can’t think of a better way to break a grill in like we did. Always a great time cooking with friends and serving bbq to strangers
