I love the Rotisserie accessory for the kettle and have been working on my one stop setup
Here's some pics-
Period correct cover for the kettle. A little tight though
Thanks Jocool

Unveiled- N code grey

The dreaded roti gap solved with a Nomex gasket, works a treat too

I had to use some fireplace glue as the adhesive on the gasket came loose after a few uses

And this table will be its permanent home , Weber sold these in the 80's
It needs some work , its the current project I'm working on

More pics when its ready to go

Oh man....that gray looks nice, so very nice...... ;D

As I recall, you already know your roti's pretty well, so a permanent home is a good thing....I'd thought of doing that (once I scouer a roti) mate it with only one kettle that it works well with......

Does the whole thing, legs & all set in the table?

That's a perfect table 'cause fixing up the skewer takes some prep area, i would imagine.....

Still can't get over how just plain nice that color looks..... 8)

That's just gorgeous, Hogsy.  Nice work.

I'd love to have a dedicated kettle for my roti.  As it is, I make up a quick aluminum-foil gasket to go halfway around the kettle for each cook.  I'm getting pretty quick with it, but I'd prefer to have a pro setup like yours.  Especially with a nice gray like that.

...and I've never seen a table like that.  So sweet.

Thanks Buckie and Mike, I love cooking on the roti, Kendoll hooked me up with some Mad Hunky brine and I gotta say it makes the tastiest and juiciest chook I've ever had

Legs come off and the bowl is supported by the handles, there's 2 cut outs for the handles built into the table top

Yeah I stuffed around with foil for a while but wanted something I could easily move to a different kettle . The gasket was $25 from amazon
Now the kettle shuts down quickly and its a lot easier to control temps especially when cooking low and slow ribs with the Ribolator
The table is about as close to a Sequoia as I've seen in OZ
Yeah I love the grey too, I picked up another one last week thanks Jocool
Anyone know what the official Weber name for the Grey kettle is
I was hoping it was something exotic like Soft Fern ,Stone Harbor or November Rain

I'm glad you're getting use out of them. I need to start on a Roti soon too. I think I want a Pizza attachment to go on the second Weber in my table. Or maybe 2 Roti rings and 2 pizza rings. LOL
If it breathes, we can cook it!

Ah, no worries.

Ken

Interesting. I was more thinking of this one....
http://www.kettlepizza.com/

I had a look at these at Bunnings, http://wiltshirebbq.com.au/bar-b-3

But I can't get the lid on with the rack in the kettle. I was thinking of concocting my own rack for two stones that would fit under the standard kettle lid. But having an extra six inches like a Kettle Pizza set up would solve that issue.

Still in the planning stage right now.
