Stuffed Pork Chop
« on: December 23, 2019, 06:56:32 PM »
I grilled a stuffed pork Chop on my Smokey Joe tonight. I Used a drip pan filled with some water placed  underneath the chop.  I pushed the coals to one side of the kettle and cooked the chop with indirect heat.  The stuffing was moist and the chop was delicious.

That looks just plain edible right there !!
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Nice. I like to grill em standing up like that. It keeps the insides on the inside.
