Is it just me or is there little videos available on YouTube or other info available about the Weber 18.5" original kettles? I'm talking about videos other than dealer commercials and the like.

Is there a good resource for parts for the same grill? Stuff like the grill that flips up.

Weber makes a great SS flipper grate and also in chrome.
S'nS makes a fantastic charcoal basket for it.
There are many rotisserie options that work great!
I love my 18" Jumbo Joe grill and tons of members love there outrider grills!
And and and... do I have to go on?
There is tons of love for the 18" 47cm grills.

It's not that people don't like the 18.5.  I think it is a great travel kettle or for a 1 to 4 people cooker.  The problem is that the 22.5 is just so common, has more accessories, and more convenient.

I think you nailed it here . I use my 22 and 26 the most . BUT sometimes you don't need all that and a 18 come in handy . It's all about what works best for you .

Here's my 18.5" "Greenie", EZ code... 1998-ish... this is our designated travel kettle.

Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

I started off with an 18... hurricane Harvey took it away... it's somewhere in the Gulf of Mexico... but I did end up getting a 26!
