Ivory Pork belly

Both side full of lump. A little salt and oil on the pork skin and away we went. I propped the pork belly up on a stone paver I have to let the fat drain from the skin ( 1st time doing this) and it was the best crackle I've done.

I cooked it for 1.2 hrs both vents wide open.
