Thursday night football Arizona Cardinals vs my undefeated San Francisco 49ers. Little overnight pulled pork. Put it on at 11:30 pm, woke up at 7 and wrapped it. Internal of 216 at 9, pulled it out and put it in a cooler for 45 mins. Easiest pull i have ever had. Cooked a little faster than i was hoping for but a 2x2 1 and 1/4 rotation (had to add more to the snake) held steady at 250 the whole time. Kids like it, wife likes it, pug likes it.

We have two bassets, so I realize how important it is to keep the "kids" happy. They love Que !

Nice cook. Enjoy the benefits of your efforts during the game.

Looks delicious! Great job and I'm glad someone has a good football team this year!
Wife: Let me guess... you want to grill again

I hate to be a wet blanket, but cooked bones shouldn't be fed to dogs.  Give them some of that awesome looking pulled pork instead.  Nice cook.

Idk about a pug, but raw chicken bone can be fed to bigger dogs with no problems. I've seen pug sized Presa Canario pups eat raw chicken quarters, so I'm sure that would be alright. I don't think the chicken bones digest after they have been cooked
