Charcoal ring and diffuser plate for Mastertouch Premium

If this is the wrong place to ask I do apologise.

Is it possible to buy replacements for these either direct from Weber or 3rd party? I misplaced mine during a home move and have combed the net looking for them but no dice.

I'm in the UK
