Is that a standard triangle underneath?
If it breathes, we can cook it!

Heyjude

Beautiful grill, great restore. But can I hit you with a technical foul?
Where's the ash pan and your OT handle is upside down!  Lol Just busting your Plum..  8)
I don't care if you don't like my Avatar, its there for me..

It would really be bad ass as a gold. Either way every time I look at it I like it more.

That's the triangle that came with the grill.

Yeah, yeah AJ...I need to buy a new ash pan, it did not come with it. And the handle is a bit rusty along with the blades so I left it as is. No reason to screw with it if it still works, right :) Eventually I will pickup a new blade assembly and replace it.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.. But it brings up an intersting question, if they aren't making the old OT's for 22's, what is available for the 18's?  They don't sell 18 OTG's anymore.  8)

Wow, that's gorgeous. I may like it even better than the reds.

This.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Last ones I got from Weber, 10 months ago, hex bolt....I would imagine they'll have the H style soon, if not already.....

Which ash pan would this have come with?

Too lazy to walk to the garage, but I think it's a DD (my favorite!) so it would be a 2000. Not sure of pan but I'd imagine its clips and the newer style pan.

For some reason I thoght this was a bit older than that......wonder if this color was done for some particular "logo" kettle & this one didn't get that added......really a different color after looking at it a few times & a few more times, etc.**

Wow! ... I gotta say ..... Your garage looks immaculate!!  ??? ??? ;)

Nice job on that plum. I don't have an 18. If, and when I get one, that color would be a beauty! Just not black.  ;D ;)

LandG, it is an awesome grill and garage floor, A+. I should do that before my sons Grad party next year.

@MacEggs, be nice to the Black Kettles, they have a purpose, you will own one. :) Not stealing the thread, but someday I will have a stable picture of Blacks... I like this faded Black...

Check & see....if not, I'm almost sure I have one that's in plenty good enough shape......

Just determine style, rolled, flat, etc.....

Thanks Greg...I used the stuff menards sells...you can have it tinted to about 12 colors. Works pretty well and it looks so much better than the stained floor I inherited when we moved in.
