Using SS Half Circle Pro Griddle this morning.







Looking to do another maiden voyage cook later today. Not sure which kettle to use.  :D :) ;)

First time Pepper Stout Beef and the first time smoking in the GA. 











Right now, cook in the oven at 325f. till tender pull apart.

Thanks! First time in a while I had full long weekend to myself. PSB was fantastic!



This griddle was discontinued few years ago. Many other griddles like it but probably not the same one out on the market.
