Third night out while the wife & kids are away. I dry brined some bone-in short ribs last night, but then found some smaller ones on sale this afternoon at the grocery store while shopping for some sides. Why not? A buddy showed up with some beer, so there were no leftovers. Slow cooker mac & cheese, a couple cigars, and a midnight dinner on a school night. Sure I’ll regret it in the morning, but the spicy Montreal made for great seasoning! First two hours on the 26er with a sloppy snake and some pecan chunks, then finished in the oven to 200* IT. Amazing!
